My last one had a bearing burn out shortly after a year and this one I've had a month and it has a loud annoying banging sound. It seems to be caused by the bowl "lifter" not being tight enough but not positive. For this kind of money I expect better.

I bought this yesterday, picked it up today and tried to make the dough. The hook worked for a couple of minutes and then it would no longer move. I was able to salvage the dough and knead it myself. The bread did turn out okay. I am going to take this back, but I am very reluctant to get another one.

I have bought multiple high price items in the last year and this is how my daughter is treated. Completely unacceptable i wont be buying anything from you going forward.
