    Came missing the knob that goes on the lift handle. Product almost looks refurbished as far as the blue paint.

    We did not like how hard it was to latch the bowl in place and remove. We returned for the classic model

    This is my second KitchenAid mixer in 2 years. My last one had a bearing burn out shortly after a year and this one I've had a month and it has a loud annoying banging sound. It seems to be caused by the bowl "lifter" not being tight enough but not positive. For this kind of money I expect better.

    I received a used one and tried to suck it up and use it anyway… it broke literally two weeks from purchase.

    I see nothing but good reviews. I bought this yesterday, picked it up today and tried to make the dough. The hook worked for a couple of minutes and then it would no longer move. I was able to salvage the dough and knead it myself. The bread did turn out okay. I am going to take this back, but I am very reluctant to get another one.

    Not having the tilt top is a huge pain and its annoying trying to line the the bowl up just right to click in

    The mixing blade covering was chipped. Did not like the configuration of the lifted bowl. I prefer the standard model.

    I find it frustrating when i purchased ans item as a gift for my daughter who then needs to pay additional money for a different color same exact mode. I have bought multiple high price items in the last year and this is how my daughter is treated. Completely unacceptable i wont be buying anything from you going forward.

    Can’t order items for Xmas from Best Buy… you don’t package the item so anything’s hidden… ordered a bunch of expensive items and of course people see them because they don’t package them so you can’t tell what they are… horrible, ruined Xmas gifts psa 5. kitchen aid etc I’ll stick with amazon

    This order was so stressful and challanging from beginning, they messed up the color and canceled my order couple of times and eventually move my reward my payment from 18 to 12 months ،they never try to compensate you for their mistake , it was my last order from best buy

    Bought for my wife for Christmas it worked great for cakes but when it came to dough it stopped working
