I bought this as a wedding gift for my granddaughter who is getting married in July. The mixer was on a terrific sale so I couldn't pass it up. I have a KitchenAid mixer and love it. I can only answer the questions based on my own KitchenAid since I cannot use the gift!

This mixer was a pleasant surprise. It appears to have more power than our other adjustable head unit. Smoother operation as well. Doesnt load up as easily when knocking out those thicker doughs. A great purchase that will bring years of heavy duty mixing enjoymnet.

This piece of equipment works great in the kitchen. My wife absolutely loves it. The heaviness and durability is awesome. Highly recommended

Very sturdy mixer. So far I’ve made cookies and bread with it. I love the heavy weight while kneading bread. It doesn’t walk off the counter like my old mixer. Slight learning curve but what should I expect upgrading from a 30-year old mixer

I love my new mixer. The Contour Silver goes with any kitchen decor. Also, the lift stand mixer fits right under my kitchen cabinets and I don't have to move it out which is much better for me than the tilt mixers. I would highly recommend it!

Why didn't I buy this sooner? Love everything about this Kitchenaid Mixer!!! Added a few attachments and this is so versatile and convenient for baking, prep work, and so much more. Get one, you will not be disappointed.

To be honest I could have returned it, I thought my other KitchenAid had stopped working so I replaced it. The truth is the ground fault outlet needed to be reset, once I did that mine was working fine. With that said I decided to keep this one. It's a bit tricky to get the bowl in place but once you do this one is a real workhorse. I can mix up a double batch (that's 10 dozen) of TollHouse Cookies with no issues at all. So now I have two KitchenAid Mixers. Oh and I've had my older one for more than 15 years, which should tell you how fabulous KitchenAid is.

Bought for daughter. Hers was kitchen aid, very old. She loves the new one with bowl lift. She is making me peanut brittle as a thank you. Long time users of kitchen aid and Best Buy made it easy to order and purchase.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She has not stopped using it yet. Constantly baking for our family. The stainless steel fits perfectly with our kitchen and takes up little to no room on the counter.

I have been wanting one these mixers for a long time and i finally got one. It was more than i expected. For those that like to bake this would be a nice for yourself, or for someone else. I would recommend this to anyone

This Kitchen Aid mixer is excellent. The 1/2 speed is great for adding dry ingredients without getting them all over your kitchen. I actually bought two of these mixers because they were on sale at a great price.

I bought for a wedding present for a granddaughter and she is thrilled. I wish someone would buy one for me because my 50 year old one doesn't have as strong a motor or that really slow speed to start no-splash mixing. But it still works fine,

This is to replace a previous Kitchen mixer I had for over 20 years. The quality of this mixer is inferior to my first, however it gets the job done.

Love it! The pick up was quick and easy. The mixer itself is great! It's quiet. I made a mousse with it and it whipped up the cream lickity slpit.
