I brought it back to the store, ordered another one, got it sent to the store so it would not break again. The girl did not mention to me there was a pick up window so I came back one day too late and they sent it back. I give up.

I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!!

The day I found out it was broken I took it back to Best Buy and was told it was out of the 14 day purchase window. Now I am stuck with a brand new mixer which doesn’t work. I will never shop a Best Buy again.

Prefer head tilt model

However using it was difficult. it did not fit on my counter under the upper cabinets. The bowl is difficult to attach and detach. When using the whisk attachment, I could not remove the bowl without removing the whisk first.
