Excellent product! These are made so well and work with even the toughest dough! It lasts forever. I’ve had a couple but kept trading up. I would give the old one to a family member because I wanted a bigger one.

I do love my new 5.5 quart Kitchenaid mixer. I use it mainly for bread making so far. Of course, I am finding assessories that I really “need”. It seems I could pour an endless amount of money into this thing.

Love this new addition to our kitchen!! Not only is this much needed for our bread making, It's beautiful as well and sits out on our counter to be admired. Worry free if it's going to fall apart, this things is well built and solid. Cooking is fun when you have pieces like this, it supports creativity in cooking because you just want to use it all the time. I'm excited to start getting some of the attachments too!

This is a beautiful mixer, love the matte black color. Also like that there isn't a tilt involved.

Honestly, It does not live up to the other KitchenAid stand mixers I have had. Right out of the box, you could just hear the grinding in the unit, it wasn’t smooth. Also, with the bowl fully raised, the beater was too far from the bottom of the mixing bowl causing it to have to be scraped way too many times to get the dough to thoroughly mix. It did, however, do a decent job of kneading the dough. I purchased it for the higher watt motor so it would not struggle to mix/knead denser doughs, but all in all, the Artisan Tilt Head would have been a better option at the price point.

Was a great deal and the KitchenAid Mixer works great. Great customer service and quick pickup at the store.
