It is very simple to use and easy to clean. I mixed the masa for my tamales and it saved me time and pain from using a regular mixer. I would highly recommend this product.

The machine that make the heavy lifting easer

It have the power and speed to get the job done, comes with 10 different speeds to chose between and 3 different adapters for different types of mixtures. The only downside I have is that the bowl is a little hard to instal just because is a 3 point contact 1 side to side and 1 in the back that is the hard one to get right.
