Luxury worth it

Knew I'd love it, but using it is even better than I thought it would be. Not sure I would pay full price for it, but the Black Friday deal is a no-brainer.

I had a little trouble mounting the bowl correctly but I'm sure that is just unfamiliarity with it. I got this to mix meat with seasonings when I process deer but haven't had a chance to do that yet.Hopefully that goes well. It is big to store so it stays in my pantry instead of in an easily accessible cupboard.

We've owned a KitchenAid mixer for over 30 years and have been very happy with it. However, the capacity of the model we had was less than this one. When we saw this go on sale for Black Friday we decided to pull the trigger and buy it. The quality seems excellent and it has performed great so far when we have ussed. Very happy with the purchase so far!
