    I used this KitchenAid Mixer to make my home made cakes and it mixed the batter up very creamy and my cakes came out moist. It didn't take long for all the ingredients to mix well together. All my family members wanted to know what I used to mix the batter and they are planning on buying them one. This is an excellent gift for all occasions.
