Professional equiment that is. In my opinion, you need to purchase that size for big amount recipes. If you need that mixer for home products its gonna bit larger than you think

We already have one mixer and this is our second. Love the color and sturdiness. We've had our first one for about 5 years with zero issues. It works great with all the standard attachments including the ice cream mixer. Dough is perfect for kneading bread. My teen baker and I use this all the time for anything from whipped potatoes to baked goodies.

Love love love this mixer. I just retired my mixer that I got in 1983. Which was a different brand. I’m amazed with the ease of making a recipe with successfully instead of a disappointing effort but fall short of the mark.

Love the matte black color, still not sure about the bowl lift, kind of hard to get bowl in and out of, but do like the bigger capacity and power for kneading bread dough.

Bought this stand mixer for my wife, as a replacement to the similar model she had that was passed down to her, it was roughtly 60 years old, and i must say she's enjoyed using it auite a lit due to the number of "hey we could bake this." random statements ive had and the fact that ive had at least a dozen cookies in the house since purchasing.
