We had ordered this as a gift and the order had gotten cancelled without notice and while the customer support call center could do nothing for me, the manager worked hard to make it right and saved Christmas honestly THANK YOU

Love the color as well, being a deep navy blue which fits in my home well though I don't have a kitchen theme right now, and could work with just about any theme. Easy to use, reliable, and the attachments are great to get started with many different recipes.

The new design is more practice and convenient..

The tilt design could become a challenge in certain situations where the mix can spill. But that issue is fixed with this new one.
