Shes always wanted one and loves to bake. I got an amazing deal on it at Best Buy. She loves it, its easy to use, and simplifies baking. And it looks pretty sitting in the counter.

I have since learned its a major flaw in the lift up version that it doesn't mix very well for some doughs, cookies, and mixes. I got the shredder attachment and honestly i would have gotten it just for that. its the best part so far.

Its a great, heavy duty machine and, for the price they had it at, it was a no brainer to pick up.

We got it to replace a 6 quart one that broke on the top gearing area. We did have the other one for several years and it was used almost every day. I'm hoping this will last at least as long.
