Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Several issues out of the box - tried registering the product that itself was a nightmare - very rude staff, tried multiple times and they keep disconnecting calls. Oven has issues in preheating. We are already getting a tech to come in and take a look within days of installing it. Also warranty terms perhaps need to be more customer friendly. Please check prior to purchasing.

Just had the second unit delivered (the control panel on the first unit didn't work). Thankfully, the control panel on the second unit worked. However, the actual oven did not. The "EasyConvect" bake fan did not function. Immediately got a "F8E0" error code. Brand New. Just unwrapped. Even had the vegetables cut for a nice meal. Really wanted this relationship to work out, but I'm leaving you KitchenAid.
