Just had the second unit delivered (the control panel on the first unit didn't work). Thankfully, the control panel on the second unit worked. However, the actual oven did not. The "EasyConvect" bake fan did not function. Immediately got a "F8E0" error code. Brand New. Just unwrapped. Even had the vegetables cut for a nice meal. Really wanted this relationship to work out, but I'm leaving you KitchenAid.

It’s very easy to accidentky turn on, if you just walk by the unit, when this is done it does not automatically kick in the ignitor which can cause the room to fill up with gas. The switches are a bad design for this. Please pass this message to your product safely team. Will be happy to send video. Would appreciate a like replacement of the same price range. My concern is that my kids will accidentally brish up against unit triggering an accidental on, when the igniters ont engaging. Again, I know your a third party marketing firm, please forward to Best Buy consumer safety division. Regards. JH

The knobs are very sensitive some more than others. U could be just standing by it and the knob will turn and starts releasing gas. Or just cleaning it and it happens again! I called the customer service, they send the technicians who agree that some knobs are wait lighter than the others but that’s just how the design is! Talk about a poor design! We don’t have small kids but we considered buying the knob guards. It’s impossible because no knob guard in the market will fit the design. I feel so bad because that was really a splurge for me. We never had a problem with a gas stove before. Now it feels like we bought a hazard. The amount of time we go back and forth to check it is ridiculous!

SELF CLEANING DOESN’T CLEAN. AND OVEN TURNS ITSELF ON BY ITSELF. NOT KIDDING YOU ON ANY OF THIS. Had a kitchen aid oven 2007 model was wonderful so I bought another. $2,000 for junk. I wouldn’t recommend this to an enemy. Best Buy should come get it
