Here we are 5 days before thanksgiving and it stops working, I’ve only had the product for 6 months. I’m very disappointed in kitchen aid - the part that needed to be replaced was on back order because I’m sure they are defective.. the worst part was the customer service through kitchen aid.. kitchen aid was horrible and rude, I couldn’t speak to a supervisor and was even hung up on. I wouldn’t recommend this oven.

Several issues - Registering/pre heating

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Several issues out of the box - tried registering the product that itself was a nightmare - very rude staff, tried multiple times and they keep disconnecting calls. Oven has issues in preheating. We are already getting a tech to come in and take a look within days of installing it. Also warranty terms perhaps need to be more customer friendly. Please check prior to purchasing.
