High quality built, looks better than Samsung, Ikea. We have guests over and made compliments on the cool oven, now to get matching microwave.

Customer service is terrible after they sent me a broken item, now they put me on the run around. Literally doing nothing. Thanks for the broken oven Best Buy, what a great experience. I think your days are numbered.
