    You think you pay more for appliances and it’s not going to be a piece of junk. Installed it couldn’t figure it out said it didn’t work. Had to wait for another one. Bought extended warranty probably be using it. Have used KitchenAid for a while probably buy something else next time. The way they make appliances These days they all are made cheap And junky.

    I love KitchenAid but they fell short on this oven. The Self-Cleaning oven is NOT self cleaning! It creates steam from the water poured into the tray on the bottom and it doesn't clean grease or even spills that are previously manually cleaned. Also, the display is on top and every time I wipe to clean it, something turns on and I have to cancel that option. I'm really disappointed and returned it.

    Glass blew up inside of door while cooking after owning for only 8 months!! Had to get replacement from manufacture as it was a manufacture defect.

    This range really disappointed us, the burners were low and did not do a good job of evenly heating the pots. Disappointed in the performance of the Simmer burner... Poor

    terrible. Came with missing burner parts. Kitchen aid was no help they even came out but could not find the right replacement for the burner so my burner plates don't match. the black dots by the knobs started coming off after only two months. Very disappointed with Kitchen Aid as it is supposed to be a good brand. Shame on Best Buy for selling such garbage.

    This was bought for my daughter it had on sign a dent not as is I’m highly upset being treated like this been good customer I’m thinking of closing my acct. and won’t give nice reviews trust me

    Bought in 04/07 . Installed on 04/17. 04/07 turned on the oven and found out it was making a huge noise + burning smell. It’s pretty but useless

    BUYER BEWARE: DON'T BUY THIS HERE. WE FOUND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. AND OUR "PERSONAL SHOPPER" WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MADE A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR US AT Best Buy AND GEEK SQUAD. WE WERE ELITE PLUS MEMBERS, BUT WE WON'T DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

    This product was delivered to my house with multiple dents on the left side. I received a call that it will be replaced but but I am concerned on when. so I would like to have more confirmation as soon as possible please!

    Purchased it in November and since then there has been 3 attempted repairs from wilpool and one from Geek Squad. I'm not pleased with the item at all

    Solid stove, does what it's supposed to

    When I bought this it was on sale for the techfest week I saw the brand and the average review stars and I bought it without a second thought. We wanted a gas stove and this fit what we were looking for. My husband then asked why I didn't get a cheaper one since they "are all the same" I let him know there are reviews for this one where people say it lasts 20 years. When he looked at the reviews here on Best buy he dug deeper and we found multiple people saying concerning things. Saying that the knobs melt and cut your fingers, that the glass panel gets too hot, that the lettering on the panel rubs off, that the knobs will turn on by themselves. I was so scared, however I already bought it and it comes with a warranty so we decided to keep it and see what happens, it was on sale after all. I am pleased to say that unless you have an extremely strong daily grip the knobs do not turn on by themselves. You have to almost push in the knob to turn on the burner. I have baked some lemon bars, lasagna, and other things in this oven and the glass panel did get warm but never hot. This thing also has a control lock you can hold the start button for 3 seconds to prevent from turning things on while touching the panel, it tells you on the panel as well as the instructions. The knobs are sturdy and not melting and not cutting me. I did see some youtube reviews of people saying the knobs melt and those same people open the oven when the oven is hot to "air it out" this will definitely melt your knobs, I personally do not do this since ovens are capable of cooling themselves down. This thing is super easy to clean I love it, my husband ran out of things to criticize it on he actually loves the way it tells you the temperature inside the oven and that you can just type in the degrees instead of clicking it lower or higher. The only thing is when you first hook it up to the gas line wait like 15-20 minutes then try turning on the burners, if they don't turn on keep doing that, it may need some time to calibrate, and when turning the oven on for the first few times you will smell the protective coating burn and this is normal and mentioned in that booklet you receive in the box. I personally would not spend the $2,000+ retail price, wait for a sale. It's a good stove but it's not going to fix all your problems for you unless you find cooking/baking therapeutic. I do love how even it bakes, we've only been in apartments until recently and their ovens are easybake ovens compared to this. I am expecting 20+ years of use out of it.

    We’ve been using this gas range with convection for a while now, and it has made everyday cooking much easier. The convection feature helps cook food more evenly, which has been a big plus. There was a minor issue after delivery, but the local store’s customer service technician was excellent and resolved it quickly. Overall, we’re very satisfied with both the product and the support.
