We had this stove delivered and installed yesterday. Left for a few hours only to come home to a house that smelled like gas. Issue does not appear to be with the gas line but something in the stove itself. After speaking with support it's going to take 24-48 business hours for some one to reach out and schedule an appointment. It's Friday morning so chances are I'm not even going to get a call until next week. Find a company with better service, so some place local.
