The oven stopped working July 19th, 2022. I went to Bestbuy thinking it would be a simple exchange. Wrong. They washed their hands of the entire situation and told me to contact kitchen aid as I did not buy the bestbuy warranty. I will never buy a major kitchen aid appliance and I will never buy an appliance from Bestbuy!
