Customers are positive about the double oven feature, its ease of use, appearance, and sleek design. On the other hand, customers have expressed concerns about the stainless steel showing everything, the knobs feeling flimsy, timer issues, and the control panel malfunctioning. Overall, the positive aspects seem to outweigh the negative ones.

The range top is horrible. I am extremely careful when cleaning and only clean it with the recommended cleaned with a fresh microfiber towel and I have several small scratches as well as what look like some rust spots starting by the large burner. The top oven is ok but the rack can only be used on the lowest position due to the broiler. The bottom Oven is nice except for the fact that the handle will hit the floor if you open it all the way.
We sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we will forward a copy of your concerns to the appropriate departments for future updates.

I purchased this KitchenAid range to replace a 10 year old builder grade (low level) GE range. I expected the KitchenAid convection oven in this new unit to cook more evenly than the old GE and to do it quicker as convection ovens do. Nope. The old GE oven cooked the food better and quicker. The next night I used the stove top to boil water for pasta. It took longer for the water to boil on the new KitchenAid - even while using the high BTU burner - then it did on the old GE. I am very disappointed with KitchenAid. They are not like they used to be. It seems to be nothing more than a Whirlpool in a "pretty dress" with poor cooking performance - all at a high premium price. Thankfully Best Buy has a 14-day return policy.

It’s a very good stove. The only thing is that it hard to clean it wild out scratching it. The only thing that will not scratch it is a sponge water and soap nothing else.
