This stove has been a disappointment since the get go. Looks good, cooks poorly. Takes forever to preheat. The one big burner on top has been difficult to light since day one. We'd rather cook in the Instantpot or toaster oven than this thing. And it was expensive! So disappointed.

Arrived broken and not heating. Had to wait for all new mother boards.

We had this range delivered twice and neither range worked. Both had to be returned and our old one reinstalled. We are cone with Kitchenaid!

Purchased less than two years ago. Went to turn on top oven and it's not warming up. No help without any warranty left.

Purchased 3/12/23 was informed available! Now delivery won't be until 6/17/23!!!!! Considering cancelling package order soon. Bad Sale methods.

This produce makes some noise. Even the technicians also do not know why that noise is coming.

Stove caught on fire after the third return ( 1st two were damaged ) I would avoid all Kitchen Aid products save your money and go with an alternate brand !!

This range cannot hold a temperature. Do not buy!!!!

Don't ever buy out of box and have it delivered they damaged it so bad packing the warehouse wouldn't even deliver it

This is the worst purchase I have made in years, I will never buy from Best Buy again

We've had our range for about a year now and are very happy with our purchase. Center burners are often low BTU burners that are good for warming only, but we routinely use ours for pancakes and it does a great job. The smaller top oven is great for homemade pizzas. We use a pizza stone and heat it to 500F, so having the smaller space to heat helps to reduce the heat in the kitchen. My only two complaints are the sliding rack which is a great feature, but not well executed. If you don't slide it in very straight, it sticks and you have to mess with it to get it to slide in. Not ideal with the oven hot and wearing an oven mitt. I also used the self-cleaning feature today after some chicken grease spilled in the oven and it did not do a very good job. Cleaning power (or time) is selectable from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) and I chose 3, so it may just be that I need to go full power, but the mess was not exceptional and two hours seemed like it would be sufficient. Other than these minor complaints, we love our KitchenAid and love cooking on it.

So far, very happy with the purchase. Love the double oven option. The small oven is much faster to cook single sheet of food.

I purchased the Kitchenaide double oven free standing range in February. I love it. Having two ovens is so convenient and practical, It only takes a few minutes to get to the temperature setting and cooks beautifully. It is such a sleek looking appliance that works great!

The stove and oven has performed great thus far. Easy to clean, love to be able to use an upper and lower oven, awesome for a lot of cooking in the oven!!!!

Ditching the bottom drawer that nobody uses for a larger bottom oven in this range is what drew us to it in the first place. The larger oven and smaller oven that fits into the standard range dimensions is huge for us. The controls are easy to use and the range works great.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Best Buy and the customer service has dropped off tremendously. We ordered the appliance online and requested delivery and installation. When it was delivered the technician said he didn’t have the installation order on his paperwork and he didn’t install that type of appliance anyway. We called customer service and they added the installation order. He then came in and tried to install it after he originally told us he doesn’t install those type of appliances. He then said there wasn’t something wrong with our gas line because it wasn’t working correctly. We called customer service and they were going to send a different installer the following day. We never heard from anyone so we called again and was told someone would be in touch within a day. Never heard anything again. We decided to have a plumber check the line and he said there was nothing wrong with it and installed in 15 minutes. He said the guy didn’t have a clue what he was doing. We then had a best buy installer finally call us on the weekend. We requested a refund and credit for the inconvenience for having to wait several days and hire our own installer. Best Buy manager refunded us $30 install fee and said we would have to call online customer service to be made whole. They decided that we needed to keep calling and waiting for an installer to come. They wouldn’t do anything for the inconvenience. Last time shopping with them. Awful experience.

OK. This stove is great, I've cooked lots with it since I got it and have had no problems. My problem came when I cleaned it. I took the grates off the top, and the edge above the knobs on the inside (can't be seen unless you bend over the top) is razor sharp! Cut two of my fingers, one worse than the other. I'm not sure if this is just where the sheet metal is not secured completely on mine, or if it's on all of them, but be careful.

1. I often find my gas on because the knobs turn so easily. Brushing up against it is enough to turn the knob and release gas. 2. The top isn’t one piece of metal. There is a seam at the front between the knobs and burners and crumbs constantly fall in when I wipe it down. Plus it’s extremely sharp and the first time I cleaned, I got a bad cut on my finger.

I’ve not only used Kitchen Aid for decades but, I’ve also sold it. Every home has been Kitchen Aid for me. Always the BEST! NOT THIS TIME! The SS is HORRIBLE to clean!! Oven DOES NOT wipe clean with ease as stated! We have tried everything, NOTHING WORKS! My stove is 3 years old, it looks like it’s 10 years old. Believe me I’m the only one allowed to clean it, to avoid scratching! The round covers for the flames are completely chipped around the edges and, nothing ever hits them. Don’t waste your money, the product is not the same. Totally disappointed......
