Love the look & all the options that come with this unit

Oven works great. Really nice looking and the convection feature is an asset.

I purchased this stove over xmas and after receiving it, we noticed the small front facing space which sits above the door of the oven gets very got when the oven is on. I have small children so this is not safe. You can pretty much feel the heat escaping from the door. We chatted Best Buy and the offered to replace the stove. We got the delivery yesterday and the same thing is happening. Why would you sell a stove that is unsafe? This is so disappointing.

Great oven at a great price! Perfectly matches our fridge.

I have had a horrible experience since I started using it. The unit arrived on time, but we were unable to unbox it for the first three weeks. When we opened it, we found that it was damaged. Before fully opening the box, contact Best Buy to request to exchange the new unit. We were told that they could not exchange because the two-week time frame had passed. Instead, they told us to contact the services team. Ken's services team said to us that they would order parts since the car was damaged. After two weeks, the services team came and replaced the parts. In general, it took two months to use the first time on the brand new unit that we purchased. Everything was weird and unexpected.

This oven worked great for my Thanksgiving feast! A great buy as well!

The the stainless steel design the knobs and handle all stainless steel also

Nothing special about this electric range, expected better quality in materials and functions for the price and brand. Older Kenmore range had more solid construction.

This stove heats fast and love the various heating features on the top.

Hard with all of the completion, but can't go wrong with KitchAid

This range will cook both regular and convection. We are very pleased with it.

A great stove/oven combination! It is easy to operate and child-safe, with the controls at the upper back of the unit. It is good for families with small and curious children.

Always liked kitchen aid but this stove is not one of the better products. Mixed feelings on this stove. Looks good, but cooks unevenly.

Oven was damaged, could have gone to American Freight and gotten it cheaper

Elements take a while to heat up, and had a small chip in an Enamel and a small crack in a plastic piece
