We could'nt wait to get this electric range home. It works perfect and the whole family loves it. The kids like to use it when they get home from school if they want a warmed snack etc.

Purchased at a amazing sale price & discount! Oven was delivered when stated. Delivery guys were kind, courteous, and professional. Love my new range!

KA has cheapened their product by lower grade, flimsy materials. The oven is the biggest problem though: Oven temp should be correctly calibrated at factory!! It was 20-30 degrees below setting. After 3 failed bakings ("Bake" setting & way undercooked), I did testing with 2 different oven thermometers. After recalibrating the oven's temp. by adding 20 degrees, I could only get the initial pre-heat temp to be accurate to the setting. But the recovery temp (after opening door and putting in food), would not come back up to the set temp. (always coming 15-30 degrees below the setting!) Unacceptable!! You would have to recalibrate +30 degrees and still add more to your set temp to get recovery temps to be accurate to sett temp. Upon further testing on "Convection bake", the oven recovered to set temp +/- 10 degrees by recalibrating to +30 degrees over factory setting. KitchenAid - where's your quality control?? With many similar comments (complaints), this seems to be a common problem. The only way to use bake is to have the oven calibrated to +30 and then set your desired temp another 10 or more degrees higher than required! A wing and a prayer!!! We now only use "convection bake" setting, because it recovers temp, where the "bake" will not! Good luck. Hope this helps others, and gets KA to improve.

My wife and I have never had a convection oven before, so the learning curve was interesting, but we are getting used to it, and it definitely bakes evenly. The smooth cooktop is beautiful, and the 5th burner is handy.

Purchased the range from Best Buy on black Friday and the service was good. We bought for our new house and liked the over all quality. Can't wait until our house is done to get it installed.

I have had the oven for about a month. I baked some sugar cookies. My old stove I had to rotate half way, as it baked unevenly. Not with the new stove. Bakes beautifully. I also did a pumpkin cake, same results. :) I would highly recommend this stove. The burners work fast and efficiently too.

Works as expected seems cheaply made but does the job and looks great.

Stove top Cooks very quick with dual burners. @ first I wasn’t aware about the burners. What I didn’t like was how small back & front burners images was .

The oven is good and looks very nice! It is from Kitcheaid which is well know brand name and we have also the disswashser.

Good range so far. Would like the storage draw to be made better and if possible deeper.

Great oven! Bakes to perfection! Very easy to operate and easy to clean the top.

Excellent quality. Great brand name. Had a smell of burning upon initial uses, but eventually wore off after cleaning cycle.

This is one of the best electric stoves on the market. Very good solid construction. Easy to clean, nice bold stainless still look which makes my kitchen look modern and upscale. I would recommend this product 100%

Great stove! Love the warming spot and baked a beautiful pound cake in the oven. Used Kitchen Aid for years, great quality!

We bought this KitchenAid range because it had all the features we wanted and service people said this brand is a good one and they can easily work on it.

Stove is great, don't get it from Best Buy. Best Buy was the worst part of getting the appliances.

It heats up quite fast and evenly. It looks very modern, it is easy to clean
