We’ve only had this for about 2 weeks and it’s our second one in a month because the first came completely messed up from the factory.

We found the same one at Best Buy and had it in 2 weeks

The handle is like jewelry. The sides of the piece are not wrapped in stainless (black). I may be impatient and yet the pre-heat seems to take a particularly long time.

I also purchased the matching microwave and refrigerator. Looks great as well as performs well.
