Great and stylish range. Wish the Best Buy installer had known more about the product since it has new features that my old one didn’t.

I am disappointed in the heating of the stovetop portion. I purchased this unit because I loved the look and am working to get the entire collection from this line up in my kitchen. But, the stovetop burners do not heat evenly. Sometimes I have it on medium and the food burns so badly the pan is damaged, and other times the burner doesn't even warm up. The oven cooks okay, but isn't as accurate overall of a product as I expected for the price.

The range is deeper than the Kitchenaid I had before. Very stylish but the side walls are very flimsy.

Operates the same as the old one we replaced with no new features. Electronic . Panel is difficult to operate when trying to touch . Fan is absolutely so loud it drives me crazy etc.

Only have owned this range for a few weeks. It replaced a similarly sized Samsung that slid in with perfect fit. This range has a 3/4 inch deep gap at the sides. Bought a KitchenAid kit that was supposed to cover the gaps. Kit doesn't fit. My major problem, however, cleaning the range You need to be supercareful when cleaning the steel trim. It is such poor quality that it scratched when I used paper towel to scrub a stain. And cleaning spills on the glass top is a nightmare because the instructions say you cannot use steel pads. KitchenAid sells a cleaner kit called Affresh. Save your money and use Soft Scrub and elvow grease. I also bought the KitchenAid stainless steel cookware recommended for use with the range. It is true that it doesn't leave marks on the glass. But like the range it is impractical for cooking as you cannot clean stuck on food with "harsh abrasives." And believe me food really sticks to these pans. Just tried to make scrambled eggs on low heat and was rewarded with a sticky mess.

If you can't have a gas stove, this is a good substitute. Looks just like the gas stove, but flat top. Love the three stage burner and the control knobs.

Two service calls needed to fix electric panel was bad

I don’t like the quality I got it damaged from day one. And best buy didn’t help with anything. They transfer the problem to kitchen aid and My problem is still not solved

Quiet and great at drying dishes--so many dishwashers no longer have a heated drying cycle so this is a must feature. Speed cycle wash is awesome.

Good looking, Functional, safe, easy cleaning, great cooking features.

The stove is very easy to work and heats up fast. the only thing that I dislike is that the buttons are very sensitive to touch so you have to b careful with with but overall, I am happy with my purchace.
