    Kitchen Aid is known for high quality. Unfortunately this unit is lacking. Very hard to keep clean. The AQUALIFT technology works IF one cleans the oven after each use. We've had the unit just over a year and used the oven cleaning (AQUALIFT) multiple times. Each cleaning we must run and wipe 4-5 cycles to get clean. The top is also very difficult to keep clean. For the price this unit is just not worth the money.

    The installation was horrible, the guy was an idiot. He said I needed to get an electrician because it wouldn't go to the wall. So he left it two inches off the wall. I paid an electrician who simply positioned the wires so they'd fit in the gap. He said they were just rushing to get out of there. And I want to CANCEL the rip off Geek contract, I am not paying you idiots when I have to pay electricians because your installers are lazy.

    This oven looks nice and matches my other kitchen aid appliances, which I love. However, compared to my old glass cooktop, the heat seems very difficult to control. As another review said, the cooktop is hard to keep clean. The convection bake doesn’t seem to really save time for me. I’m finding a lot of the specialized settings pretty unnecessary. The aqua lift cleaning does not clean as well as I hoped and the glass on the oven door scratches very easily. What I really would like to see from kitchen aid is an oven with simple functions that works well.

    Hate the top burners - TOO hot!!!

    I have had many new ranges and NEVER had the problems with the cooktop that I’ve had with this one! And this was the most expensive one! The control switch for the front left burner has already been replaced once and technician told me I probably wouldn’t see a difference and he was right. Simmer, which is the lowest setting, will cause rapid boil! Forget about simmering or slowly cooking anything! Also dislike that only large burners are in the front. In addition, I have to rotate everything in the oven to get evenly browned. So regret this purchase!!!

    Returned it twice. Worse cooktop ever. It had permanent marks on the burner after one use. Would be a disaster after even a week.

    We love everything about this range. Cooks hotter than our last range, but we're still getting use to it's operation. Only issue so far is the top surface was scratched during the first use. Nothing abnormal about the cooking methods, but slightly gouged anyway.

    The unit had issue as soon as it was plugged in. Keypad didn’t work and the inside light would not turn off. This item was returned.i ordered another only for the delay to increase by two more months so I cancelled that order as well.

    two ovens were delivered damaged, not impressed

    I love the stove however Best Buy cannot seem to deliver an appliance that is not damaged in some way. Second oven was in worse shape than the first oven. These are expensive items and should not be delivered in damaged condition, and I have to contact them to complain? This is wrong, not happy.

    Had a couple of months- already needed the fan in oven replaced due to very load hitting noise- repair man left the very next day same noise!! The two front burners will not simmer- only cook on high which makes them kind of useless- glass scratches way too easily. Hold time for kitchen aid unacceptable- now another day waiting for repairman to say yup doing same thing.... don’t buy this brand.

    Purchased this range 1 year and 4 months ago. Went to use the oven yesterday and got a service message that upper blower fan moving too slow. Oven won't heat. Service man is coming today at 2pm. Also purchased the KitchenAid dishwasher at the same time and the upper sprayer arm broke off during washing cycle.

    Sorry I bought this stove. Elements too hot. Barely touch the front and it sets off the oven, light, time, etc.

    Pros - Appearance and Warms/Preheats quickly Cons - There should be a hot indicator light also on the display, the warming quality feels cheap, and not as easy to clean the cooktop as expected. My biggest regret with this range is that I should have paid to have a gas line installed. I have never cooked with an electric range before so this is all new to me. We expected cleanup to be easier but the cooktop is not just as easy as a wipe up and we are terrified to scratch the surface. We do really like the overall appearance and placement of the display. I should have waited until after Thanksgiving to review, as we host every year and have only had this range less than 6 months. First, I would not recommend electric to anyone but if that was their only option, just based on appearance, I would recommend this range.

    I am very pleased with my new KitchenAid range. It replaced a Samsung that lost it's black finish and the glass top would always show that there was a burner on. I believe that this was a great replacement. I got all 4 appliances and I am very happy.
