I am so disappointed. This was THE range to get, according to the sales associate! But here are a few things: it takes 15 minutes to preheat to 350, the features are not user-friendly (when to adjust to convection? auto adjust? bake?). And, when you heat it to above 400, the stainless steel part on the top where the knobs are gets really hot. AND, we already had to call the Geek Squad to have them repair the fan that was clicking (and, by the way, you don't deal with Geek Squad for the first year, you have to deal with Kitchen Aid. This was also a selling feature, that you make ONE call to the Geek Squad and that's it. Not true...). So, we are disappointed after owning it for only 2 months.

Love The Look But The Stainless Scratches Easily

We replaced our old stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliacances (NEVER had an issue with any of them. We just were updating our kitchen) with four items in this collection. We love the dishwasher, microwave and FANTASTIC refrigerator and the performance of the oven. HOWEVER, the stainless steel on the front area on top of the oven scratches very easily. Within the first week, there were scratches (I have high end cookware and never had a problem like this with my last oven) and things have gone downhill from there. We have had the appliance only 3 months and cannot imagine what it is going to look like in a year. A representative came out from Best Buy to change out our dented freezer door (the dent was there when it was delivered and the customer service was FABULOUS) and I showed the scratches to him and asked if there was anything that I could do to repair them. He didn't think so. I am frustrated and disappointed with this product as I love the look and performance of it.

Broke more than it works, do not buy

Bought in July 2017 for 1499.00 so far replaced motherboard now needs new cooling fan ( back ordered till April also needs a new control panel. I bought the 5 year extended warranty but I’m throwing it out and going with a gas model by Zline with no electronics. Last electric kitchenaid lasted 8 years. I can’t have no oven for 4 months in the winter in the middle of a pandemic.

whats with this oven so cheap dosnt even come with a manual get it off your computer and pay for it
first day the fan didnt work had to return it so it woulnt start a fire

Positives:
* I like this oven with the knobs up front.
* Cleans up nicely
Negatives:
* The oven temperature came 20 degrees too low. I was able to re-calibrate after a few failed meals.
* The convection unit hasn't worked from day 1. I didn't even know, I just thought the feature was overrated until I saw a cooking video and noticed the fan spinning. Mine doesn't spin.
* Low doesn't go low enough on the main front burners. Low goes straight to boll.
Conclusion: I will not buy a Kitchen Aid

Good looking stove, awful cooktop.

I bought two of these stoves for my house. One for the primary kitchen and one for in-law. They look nice, but the cook-top is awful. There is little to no temperature regulation. I've used electric stoves my entire life and have never had this issue. Low temp on both front burners will burn any pan/food in very short time. Both are less than two years old and will plan to remove and buy a different brand. Would recommend for a house if you're flipping it and want a nice looking stove, but if you plan on using for yourself long term you'll regret buying it.

Don’t buy this!! After owning it for 4 months makes a horrible and long rattling sound when preheating. Kitchenaid does not honor warranty, Best Buy won’t take it back. Expensive piece of garbage. Also Best Buy doesn’t allow me to update my verified purchase review which they incentivized me to post right after buying.

Stay away! You will only have issues

We received the item non working. It will not go over 200f since the cooling system is not working. We kept using the electric top until we receive another brand to replace it and in less then a week there were bubbles coming from the top.
