We found what we wanted however NONE of the stores had it in stock. We were in Best Buy buying a phone and happened to mention that we were going to continue shopping for a stove. the sales clerk said that they had an expanded appliance Department. We checked it out, Best Buy had the item in stock. Good stove, great service ,we bought the stove

Beautiful oven.

My advice is to read the owner’s manual it will certainly help. Overall it does what it’s supposed to and cook’s evenly. Cleaning is very simple and the oven is beautiful. Definitely need to install the tip over bracket. When the lower oven door is down it is just a couple of inches from the floor.

Expected more from KitchenAid

I previously had a Maytag double oven and loved that setting. Also, this oven takes FOREVER to get to temp - even in the smaller oven. My Maytag worked much better for this. I didn't like the fact I couldn't find any information on how to use this oven. I even looked online. I am not familiar with many settings and have NO CLUE what they do. Still very confused on how to use some of the features and had for several months. I would give 3-1/2 stars but it doesn't allow me to choose.
