So far no complaints - looks beautiful and the knobs and settings were easy to figure out.

Love the range, but because of the double oven, the back doesn't have much recess for the range cord to "tuck away". We had cut out the drywall and create a cavity for the cord, or the range wouldn't push back to the wall. But we love the product!

Excellent machine, never talks back, does everything right

The oven and cook surface works well but the cook surface scratches easily and any mark is very visible. Out old cook surface was much more durable and lasted 20+ years and still looked presentable. The high mirror black cook surface design is not a good choice.

This one was a replacement for KitchenAid - 6.4 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range, the first one has a damaged epoxy protective paint inside the lower oven(looks like happened during assembly), second came in with damaged/bent control panel, the last came in ok however we are not happy anymore with purchase, Sorry but can not rate more then 1, the story with order/exchange started on 08/28/25 and finally ended on 09/27/25- You may ask "what's Best Buys reaction is-?" The answer is - no reaction at all,Not from BB or Kitchen Aid.

We love larger bottom oven. Big enough for large turkey in bottom and cookies in the top!

I've had this for a couple of weeks now, and this was our attempt to go upscale in a home where we don't have have a gas connection. I'm not a huge fan of electric cooking, but whatever, I have to work with what I have. That said, I hate having a stovetop that does not allow me to use 1/2 of my cookwear for fear of scratches. Sure enough, a week-and a half into use, it's developing visible scratches on the cooking area - to the point where I'm considering ordering a second glass piece to keep on hand for when I can't take it anymore. Pretty disappointed. Do people normally not own cast iron and dutch ovens? Is that not normal? Does everyone just buy steel pans from Target? This shouldn't scratch this easily with normal use.

The oven door is a pain to get it back in place plus those plastic pieces to be able to level the stove are a pc of crap it should have been a 3/8 bolt or so

Nice stove works good no complaints but for the price was expecting better the top oven doesn’t heat that fast but still works overall good bottom is good for convection cleans very well and easy just pricey

Wasn’t sure they were going to be able to get this for us but they did and quite pleased with my purchase.. Took some time to get here especially in the black stainless steel.. but well worth the wait!!

The temperatures on both the ovens were very off...the top one when set at 375 degree for example, the actual temperature (checked with reliable oven temperature gauge) was close to 450 degrees! Needless to say, burned food. I am hoping the second one is better...for now, on the fence about whether I would recommend.
