The top oven cannot be used to bake without careful watching due to the closeness of the shelf to the heat coil. Burning often occurs. When broiling this top oven is fast and efficient. I would have not have bought this top of the line stove if I had realized that I had a mostly a glorified broiler on the top instead of a safe to use oven.

Old one preheated a lot faster than this one. After 5 months the blue liner inside top oven is breaking off. Had no issues with older model.

Bought the Geek Squad support. No luck, they don't cover anything during manufactures warranty. Was told to contact Kitchenaid but they do not cover the stove top under warranty either. Kitchenaid service is two weeks. Service and warranty suck.

Beautiful double oven

It has some nice features like the special bread cook button. The only thing I dislike is it has one light for both ovens instead of dual lights, other than that it’s great.

One easy trip to Best Buy remedied that. We got good service, a great price, and are thrilled with our double oven range!

After being a bit disappointed with the performance of our last Gas oven, when I heard about the incredible benefits of the dual fuel, I was sold.

Negatives would be takes a while for the lower one to heat up and the buttons could be more responsive.

The oven takes longer to heat up that my 20 year old one, but seems on par with all of the newer models. Heats evenly and I love the look.
