    Uneven heating, even after calibration. Knobs are NOT stainless steel as advertised. They have foil that peels off the knobs. Terrible oven. Terrible investment.

    Good stove for small baking

    This stove has top and bottom oven. If you like me who love to bake a small pizza. Instead of turning the big oven you could use the top part which is design for small baking. I love my stove.

    Awaiting repair after owning 2weeks

    Oven is good stove too cracked after 2 weeks of owning. If boiled water spills on cooktop it’s very difficult to scrub off. When I called manufacturer about repair they stated they would have to determine whether or not it was defective before it would be determined if it would be covered under warranty. It cracked!! I wasn’t even using the burner that cracked

    Poor quality and workmanship for a such high price

    The oven/range is just a little over one year old, with very average use. However, half of the parts have been replaced already. First - the lower oven. it was producing a very loud metal knocking noise every time it was turned on. The Geek Squad tech had to replace all the fans for the oven, like five of them. Then - range heating elements. Two of them, the largest ones, do not heat for the full power. Need to be replaced too. Currently waiting for the parts. And the last - poor quality of the steel and ceramic glass - scratches and stains very easily. Yes, all repairs are covered by the service plan (addl $300), however, you've never expected such poorly desgined and made product with tag price over 2 grands. We bought it because of Kitchen Aid label legacy, seems like it's no longer lives up to the standard.

    It only lasted 3 years. Going to the dump tomorrow. Wife complained of frequent smeel of gas. She also sometimes when she reached for the knob she would get a small shock. The heat from oven vents disfigured the chrome knobs. Went back to a electric smoothtop oven. It was a experiment and it failed.

    The pre-heat shows the temp setting has been met but its obvious by feeling the oven that it isn't. So we shut the oven off and turn it right back on and the oven temp will show approx. 60 degrees cooler and then it heats up to the set point, maybe. Very disappointed for a 2 grand oven. On hold forever with Kitchen Aid.

    No to KitchenAid oven/range

    I have 2 problems with this range. 1. The calibration between the temperature control settings for the ovens and the oven thermostats is lousy. When a constant temperature is required, especially in the lower oven, I have to check periodically and reset the desired temperature and sometimes it's off by as much as 30 degrees. 2. The knobs controlling the burners are plastic and break off the metal stem and I have had to buy 4 replacements and they are not cheap. I complained to Kitchen Aid in an email and never got a response. I will never buy Kitchen Aid again.

    Buyer Beware

    I was told at the store it was like new. They were supposed to deliver it between 7 and 1. They didn't show up until 6:30pm once they brought it it they could not level it as the legs were broken. The installers tried to call their dispatch but no one was available. Worst service ever! The bottom door is also rubbing when opened. There is no serial number plate located anywhere on this item which leads me to ask is this really an actual Kitchen Aid. Buyer beware!!

    Tried two and they both failed

    Purchased one that would not power on when they were here to install. They suggested calling the range manufacturer to get is fixed. Right, brand new never been fixed and a repair already. No thanks. They sent out a second one a few weeks later with the same issues. Said forget it all together and went back to my old one that still works. So long kitchen aid

    This thing is trash. My list of complaints include: Only one burner can boil water The lower oven won't actually heat past 375 The upper oven can't cook anything without burning it, even at low temps One burner consistently won't turn on Screws fall out of the doors regularly and are sheared off Absolutely awful. I wouldn't buy anything made by them again.

    Front Small Burner out within 4.5 months

    Bought and got it delivered on September 9th, today, I’m about to call the “Geek Squad” to get support for the front, small burner that doesn’t come on.

    Stove top Burners are poorly made.

    Does not cook food evenly on either burner. We called the whirlpool technician repair thinking the burner was not working properly. Nope, thats just how it was made and was told that we needed to use the even-heat burner side. .. still does not evenly cook your food.

    Worse stove ever!!! Very difficult to clean, not with the money, I wish I can return. Stovetop super difficult to clean even with all the products purchased. Top oven when it’s turned on smoke comes through the top so you think something is burning! I was better buying a cheap stove! It would definitely be better than this,

    Purchased range about 2 month ago. The stove top worked great but the double oven not so much. It would turn off in middle of baking and would have to reset. The worst part was trying to get someone to come fix it or replace. would not recommend it to NO one!!
