Tried two and they both failed

They suggested calling the range manufacturer to get is fixed. Right, brand new never been fixed and a repair already. No thanks. They sent out a second one a few weeks later with the same issues. Said forget it all together and went back to my old one that still works. So long kitchen aid

My list of complaints include: Only one burner can boil water The lower oven won't actually heat past 375 The upper oven can't cook anything without burning it, even at low temps One burner consistently won't turn on Screws fall out of the doors regularly and are sheared off Absolutely awful. I wouldn't buy anything made by them again.

Front Small Burner out within 4.5 months

We called the whirlpool technician repair thinking the burner was not working properly. Nope, thats just how it was made and was told that we needed to use the even-heat burner side. .. still does not evenly cook your food.

Worse stove ever!!

Very difficult to clean, not with the money, I wish I can return. Stovetop super difficult to clean even with all the products purchased. Top oven when it’s turned on smoke comes through the top so you think something is burning! I was better buying a cheap stove! It would definitely be better than this,

worst Range

It would turn off in middle of baking and would have to reset. The worst part was trying to get someone to come fix it or replace. would not recommend it to NO one!!

not all it's cracked up to be

4 Knobs broken, glass broken DON'T BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kitchen Aid 500ESS - We have owned this appliance for 10 months and 4 knobs have broken already. Kitchen Aid keeps sending a replacement (good service) but I can't be calling them every two months asking for a new one. The glass top already broke as well, Kitchen Aid also covered the glass, but I am afraid this is not an appliance that will last as it should considering I paid a hefty price for it. The cook top is tricky as it only has two useful cooking units: First one converts from small size to medium to big, second is big and boils water quickly, the third is a tiny unit, only for 6 inch pans (useless), fourth is melting only (so very low heat, also useless) and the one in the middle is a warming unit (almost no heat, also useless). I hate the cook top space and the cheap quality of knobs made of plastic.

great range,stylish,works well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.have used this for two weeks now, works well, easy to understand controls, everything works as it should. only reason for 4 stars is some screws were loose that hold down the top cooking surface to the range, they were easy to tighten so no big deal. another item was the installation diagram could be more clear on where the electrical outlet should be, as we had to move the outlet so the range would slide all the way back against the wall.
