Purchased 3 years ago at $1860. One knob broke and I had to replace it twice. Now one countertop heater isn’t working. Too soon to see this many issues. Function-wise it is great. Just poor longevity.

We bought this range in December 2022, and so far have had to replace 2 knobs that broke off, (costing $50 each). Also, the upper oven's blue coating has bubbled off in a couple of areas, as well as the stovetop is full of scratches, even though we cleaned it after every use as per instructed. Our last oven (GE) lasted over 20 years without either of these issues. Very disappointed, as I thought Kitchen Aid would be a better quality.

This product was a disappointment. The oven does not reach or maintain the set temperature.The oven will signal the selected temperature has been reached in preheat mode. That is not the case; if you set the oven temperature to 350 degrees and it has signaled the preheat is done, the oven is actually only at 325 degrees and you must wait an additional 15 minutes(!) to attain an actual 350 degrees. So misleading! A customer service rep said this is how they are designed. Even then, the oven actually dropped to 320 degrees and had been unopened for 20 minutes while set at 350 degrees. So, it is also slow to maintain the temperature. This is not a good oven for baking cookies, cakes, etc. as i've had multiple baked good issues. Never had any problem over the years with my Whirlpool range. I regret this KitchenAid appliance purchase as I now have to use an unexpectedly poorly engineered product.

Do not buy this product until they fix the knobs! We are now like $300+ into buying replacements for them because they are held on with the tiniest piece of thin plastic and the knobs themselves are quite heavy. We spent thousands on new KitchenAid appliances

This unit is very beautiful, oven and stove top heats up very quickly!

I was so excited to use this stylish high end appliance as I have several other Kitchen Aid products. After only 2 years, the blue porcelain interior started to chip. I understand this is a problem with the self cleaning ovens. Unfortunately, there is no other option to clean these ovens as abrasives & scouring pads will damage the porcelain. The 5 year "limited" warranty does not cover this manufacturing defect. Customer service is extremely poor at Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool. They claimed that this was not a manufacturing defect although there are hundreds of on line complaints concerning defective chipping blue porcelain. This is a danger as the chips end up in you food & may fly around in side the oven & cut your hands when the fan is on - not to mention the unsightly rusting in your expensive oven. Kitchen Aid offered me a 25% discount on purchase of a new product. Why would I want to replace with another oven with the same issues. I will never buy another Kitchen Aid oven & advise everyone not to waste their money on these expensive faulty products. There should be recall or class action lawsuit concerning this oven.

Absolute terrible experience this oven is overpriced and garbage. We have multiple error codes and the first time we decided to put it on the clean mode it breaks down. We shut the breaker off and got it back on and it was working and then decided to lock the doors and not let us use it again waiting for somebody to help us

DON"T buy this stove! Mine is less than 2 years old and one of the knobs broke so I don't have the main large burner with Thanksgiving only a week away! Purchased extended warranty and part is ordered but company can't give me any idea when the part will come. Also Oven temp is SO erratic and at least 25 degrees less than settings and doesn't maintain even heat. Convection oven on the bottom is very inconvenient to stoop down to use as well. Bad design and I'll never buy a Kitchenaid stove again!

By far the worst range we ever owned! Ovens didn't operate near correctly for the first 6 months and three service calls. Next both large burners and self cleaning quit working. Whirlpool service people said the range would need two new large burners, circuit board, burner controls, oven seals and other things that i can't remember. They never returned because they claimed the parts weren't available. After 91 days whirlpool is providing a replacement range but not the same brand as this. Kudos to Whirlpool for replacing the range, that is the only reason for one star. I would hate to see anyone stuck with one of these and go through all we have.

AVOID it is substandard quality. Stove burner heat unevenly. The Oven temp isn't calibrated properly, too low. Stainless steel low quality scratches when you look at it and screws stripped. The Broiler has a small reach. BestBuy wouldn't help. Kitchen Aid told me to read my manual. SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT.
