Sometimes the big Kitchen Aid Mixer (another MUST HAVE in the kitchen) is not what you need. I wanted the candy apple red but it was sold out.

Best But representative was very helpful and gave me an additional 20% discount. I can not be happier. Its amazing and very compact. I got this in black to go with my black Professional 600 series stand mixer. Kitchen Aid always lives up to its quality. This one is ideal for small batch chores. Its a must have for any real chef. Thanks Kitchen Aid

It does not have the power as stated. The pulse boost doesn't work enough to make a difference. The mixing power is less than the one I replaced this one for. It is more quiet. That is all I can say for the way it works. I am not happy with the price for the lack of power. I have never spent so much money on a kitchen item and it not perform as expected. I tried to make a chill cheesecake and the cream cheese wouldn't even smooth out with the mixer.
