We bought the Artisan series instead and are very happy

Mixing of ingredients is bit hard if the bowl isn’t full half way. Overall great mixer does the trick and saves my arms from tiredness of using a hand mixer.

1st wrong mixer, 2nd broken, 3rd worked

The 3rd mixer has worked so far. Spent much time on the phone and 3 trips to the nearest Best Buy store to resolve the issues to date. No link to sent this review!
