    We seem to be doing a lot more baking in the house. Having a 4 year old who is always wanting to help makes using a hand mixer not a fun task. We purchased this since it is covered, it not only keeps the mess down, but doesn't allow access for my 4 year old to stick his hand in the bowl while mixing.

    Received this for my 54th birthday. Have wanted one for years but wondered how much I would use it. Well, I use it weekly, usually, more than once. I cook and bake so much more now that I have this. TY Kitchenaid. My husband thanks you too. It's one of my favorite BD gifts of all time. Love it! Love the color.     There is a reason that you see this brand being used in commercial kitchens. They're amazing. This mixer will not disappoint you. There is a large selection of attachments for it that turn your kitchen countertop into a multi-use kitchen paradise. Do yourself a favor, get one.

    I've been looking for this color in a kitchenaid for a long time. 2 down sides for me: 1) The attachment it comes with work very well, but you still have to scrape down the sides periodically, which is sometimes annoying. 2) It is VERY heavy for me! Otherwise, I LOVE my kitchenaid and am very happy with it.
