    I recommend you dont do store pickup. It takes forever to arrive. I returned it twice because parts were missing or parts were loose. I finally got nother one and it is perfect. This one though i got at the store.

    This mixer replaces the classic which I had for about 30 years. I like this one because of the larger bowl. My other one was only 4.5 quarts and this one is 5 quarts. It works well and I am sure it will last 30 years as well. By then I will be 100 years plus so I might be ready to give up cooking/baking though I doubt it.

    I have wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for 20 years, but never bought one. I had to make-do with hand mixing or a hand held electric mixer, which is fine for somethings, but not everything. I am thrilled with my mixer and with the holiday baking season right around the corner, I am ready!
