My grandmother has had the same KitchenAid mixer for decades and I was inspired to get one. Finally I got it and I was not disappointed.

Love this mixer. It definitely was hard at first to remove the bowl from the locking position. I had to watch a you tube video on how to get it off. What I learned was to spray some vegetable oil on it and after that it popped right off. And i live rhe fact you can add some many accessories to it also.
