    Very heavy duty, not used to it yet. But it gets the job done way faster than a hand mixer. This is the third one we got. First one dies after 3 batches of cookie dough. Second was missing parts and turned out to be a returned product from over a year ago. So I'm hoping 3rd times the charm.

    It came out of the box looking great all of the features worked really well. Feels sturdy. The only thing is that all settings worked until you turn it up to 10, then it sparked out of the back and the breaker flips off. Not great. It was past the 30 days return to Best Buy, but kitchen aide was really good and sent a new one out very fast. Not great that the first one did not work, but everything got fixed and handled professionally.

    Love this mixer. It definitely was hard at first to remove the bowl from the locking position. I had to watch a you tube video on how to get it off. What I learned was to spray some vegetable oil on it and after that it popped right off. And i live rhe fact you can add some many accessories to it also.
