A Terrifically Useful Kitchen Tool

It works like a charm to both mix and knead the ingredients. Be sure to download the online manual — it is essential to know the proper speed settings to use so that you do not burn out the motor. KitchenAid mixers have always had a great reputation.

This one is far superior. Better motor, significantly better. The rest of it is nearly identical with the Deluxe, so we were able to continue to use the bowls and attachments.
