Unboxed and tried using it today for the first time today, and this is what we got. Called BB customer service and its not their problem. It should have been tried prior to 1/15. Best Buy customer service is an absolute joke. (I have video of the mixer literally bouncing up and down, but reviews only allow to post pics and not video)

Luckily there is a way adjust the height of the tilt head to fix the problem. It works great now, easy to clean, and looks great on my counter!

Great power, ability to accessorize, looks great sitting there waiting to work. As for Best Buy, the mixer arrived on time and in great shape. The packaging was above adequate and the transaction easy. No regrets with this purchase. Also, the shade of red is VERY attractive.
