My wife has had a KitchenAid for over 25 years and uses it regularly without any problems. My daughter says this one is just as good as her mom’s. She also loves the color.

Makes A Baker Happy

I got her this for her Birthday last month and she has not been able to contain herself. She loves it, it looks great and you know it will last forever. This version has a larger bowl and is a great gift.

Extreme poor services post purchase

On contacting manufacturer after 72 mins of call waiting , came to know that have to call another number for factory repair and average wait time was again more then hour. have to pay $ 35 to ship the product back then repair would be near $150 which is additional. extreme poor services post purchase. only 20 service center in entire USA. For factory repair turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks. Extremely frustrating.
