Piece of Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only used it about 10 times and it made a clanging noise and started smoking. They have a 1 year warranty and after that you have to pay to get it fixed. They used to be good mixers but now there cheap junk. Don't waste your money!

Failure with their own recipe

Came With a Big Scratch!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited that I finally got a Kitchenaid mixer and then I found the scratch, I will be returning it to Best Buy. I never used it so I don't know if it is a good buy or not but I will be ordering another when I return it. My advise would be to check everything before using your mixer.
