    This stand mixer is awesome. Makes it so easy to bake, cook, make breads, etc. I have made, cakes, cookies, pizza dough, and breadsticks so far and all have been very easy. The mixer has a lot of power and is easy to clean up after use. Definitely recommend to anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

    This is the upgraded model from the “Deluxe” version that we owned for seven years. This one is far superior. Better motor, significantly better. The rest of it is nearly identical with the Deluxe, so we were able to continue to use the bowls and attachments.

    I have had this KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer a little over a month and have used it to knead whole wheat bread dough. It works like a charm to both mix and knead the ingredients. Be sure to download the online manual — it is essential to know the proper speed settings to use so that you do not burn out the motor. KitchenAid mixers have always had a great reputation.
