We have one and we bought this one for our daughter and she loves it. She and her kids are baking and cooking all the time now

I bought this for my wife because she has always wanted one. She usher it right away and loves it. The only thing is that the pour spout adapter does not fit very well.

This mixer replaced our 45 yr old kitchenaid that finally bit the dust. My wife bakes almost every day so needless to say it was heavily used. I hope this new model lasts as long. So far so good.

Wife already had a smaller Kitchen Aide mixer, but wanted this larger one. She loves it! Does more of what she wants to do.

I needed a new mixer to prepare a meal for guests. I ordered it at the last minute, but it arrived on time and worked great. It's more powerful than my previous mixer. I'm now looking into other attachments that may be useful.

We have used this item numerous times. Always has power needed. Very sturdy and well built. We purchased ice cream attachment which is also great. We love homemade ice cream and this makes it so easy.

Purchased this as a Christmas present. Unboxed and tried using it today for the first time today, and this is what we got. Called BB customer service and its not their problem. It should have been tried prior to 1/15. Best Buy customer service is an absolute joke. (I have video of the mixer literally bouncing up and down, but reviews only allow to post pics and not video)

Bestbuy has the worst return policy out of any store I’ve seen so make sure what you buy is what you want cause you have very little time to return anything there! Most places have very generous return policies even for electronics! Costco is 90 days for electronics, bestbuy you get 14 days which is saying they don’t stand behind what they sell! I won’t buy any electronics at bestbuy going foreword!!

Saw this on sale and always wanted one. Very rugged, and worth the purchase

Worked great for Christmas cookies however sometimes it didn’t mix the ingredients on the bottom with both the dough hook or the whisk. Also I found it difficult to scrape the sides of the bowl or pour ingredients in unless turning mixer off and lifting up the head. I was using a hand mixer or mixing with a spoon prior so I’m very happy to have the help of a stand mixer. Easy to clean. Love the pouring shield.

I use this item for everyday cooking and also used it for thanksgiving and Christmas. Very easy and convenient. The only part that was frustrating was the plastic rim piece. It kept sliding. Other than that I am satisfied

I love it so far! I’ve used it 3 times now. There’s only one thing that bothers me is the bowl is beginning to rust!! It’s only been hand washed never put in dishwasher and never soaked in water.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The suprise on her face was priceless. She always wanted one and she loves it. I couldn't pass up on the deal I got and there were a lot of great reviews, so why not? My daughter's happy and that's all that matters.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it, but think there needs to be some sort of rubber or silicone sleeve on the piece where the attachments go.

Purchased as a wedding gift, the bride and groom were ecstatic to receive the item they wanted. I have not used this mixer but have used my Kitchenaid mixer. These are wonderful mixers for meringue, batter, or bread.
