This heavy duty mixer was at a steal of a price during holidays and could not turn it down. Very beautiful addition to the kitchen used much more than expected, even the tiniest of blending. I cant wait to get the attachments to really break this in.

This machine changed that. Watching kitchen aide tutorials and a few sacks of flour. Now I'm not only making bread , but the butter to go along with it. Pizza , pasta, and with the extra purchase of an ice cream attachment my favorite ice creams. Using this machine has helped me realize I wasn't properly kneading my dough and that has been the game changer.

I have had mine since 1985 and have used it several times a week for all of those years. I bought one for each of my daughters and bought this one for a wedding gift for my extended family. This is a product you rarely have to replace and he has lots of wonderful attachments you can purchase.
