Then I got to use one in a cooking class I attended, and I had to admit that they are impressive. I'm still breaking mine in, but so far I am pleased by how efficient and easy to use it has been. It has thorough and powerful mixing action, and operation is simple and inuitive. I am looking forward to adding a few accessories.

Incredible results with this mixer!
