It ruined my first batch of cream cheese frosting with all of the metal coating residue. Water and soap don't get that off. Other than the residue it's an amazing mixer.

I planned to sell the black one but I have decided to keep them both. I’m a little obsessed I think. I don’t bake much but I purchased the spiralizer attachment and have been really pleased with the results of that. Invest you won’t be sorry.

My dough was always so much work and now it takes seconds and it's the best dough for pies, best mix for cookies and great for creams. Easy to clean and use.

I was a bit hesitant at first, these bad boys are not cheap. But I did my research and when they went on sale , I pounced like a cat on a mouse.
