Unboxed and tried using it today for the first time today, and this is what we got. Called BB customer service and its not their problem. It should have been tried prior to 1/15. Best Buy customer service is an absolute joke. (I have video of the mixer literally bouncing up and down, but reviews only allow to post pics and not video)

I chose Kitchen Aid based on the quality of the brand. We selected the Ice Blue color together, but mostly her preference. She will inherit this piece from me at some point and she knows that already. She loves to cook, and I expect we will make mountains of memories and yumminess as we explore all sorts of family recipes together.

This mixer has helped simplify the making of many cookies and breads. Sometimes it seems that the mixer is struggling or mildly underpowered but it hasn't failed or left me disappointed. If I had to do it again I would probably buy the next step up size.

Our hand mixer was just about to die, and this is more than a suitable replacement . No problems, and expect none for the foreseeable future. Sturdy and easy to use.Now, to get accessories for this wonderful mixer.
