This is the third Kitchen Aid mixer we have purchased. One in our home and one each for my two adult children. My wife loves her mixer and wanted each child to have the same good experience.

Kitchen aid is replacing a 30-year-old model, that just died. If we get the same years of service, it's a win!

Wife has always wanted one--it is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Very heavy duty--must weigh 35 lbs. Does awesome job mixing up. In the month we have had it, the wife has made different deserts every weekend--just loves it.

Great product, beautiful color. The best stand mixer.

I ran home, and had to use it immediately. The one concern I had was that it heated up on the top of the unit, but I made bread, so it had to work pretty hard to use it.

I purchased this mixer as a Christmas gift for my wife. She has used this weekly and loves how handy it comes in. She claims it's a blessing now that the holiday season is here.

Kitchen Aid knows mixers. Excellent build quality and all the tools you need to get started. Plus a ton of accessories to tackle anything from meat grinding to noodle making.

I love KitchenAid mixers. I bought my plain white one many years back. It served me well. As my daughters grew up, I wanted to give each of them a KitchenAid mixer of their own. My older daughter chose the Apple Green and my younger daughter chose a softer mint green. In general, we all have been very happy with our mixers. My only criticism is that buyers should be warned to tighten all screws and bolts on the machines on a regular basis. I was visiting with my older daughter and making cookies with my grandson and all of a sudden while using the mixer it began jumping around on the counter and making a horrible noise. I grabbed my grandson to get him away from the machine. My daughter pulled the plug on the mixer. We figured out that the bolt on the front end of the mixer, where you add attachments had fallen off and into the cookie batter and had become wedged in place and caused the ruckus. The mixer would not work after that. My daughter and her husband looked into having the mixer repaired and it was expensive and some distance away. The mixer sat in their garage for about a year and they used a hand mixer. About two months ago, before another return visit with my daughter, I ordered a replacement mixer for her. She was delighted. During our May visit, I made cookies again, this time with my granddaughter. While we were mixing we heard the distinct sound of falling metal. We discovered that yet another screw from the back underside of the mixer had fallen out and hit the outside of the bowl and fallen on the counter. My husband was able to find a small Allen wrench and put the screw back in place. He then checked and tightened all the screws on the appliance. Overall it is a great kitchen tool. It is generally long lasting. My younger daughter is considering the attachment for making fresh pasta. My older daughter calls her machine "counter art". Well really do love our machines.

Our hand held blended quits working during a holiday meal. Bought this the next day. So far my wife loves it. It looks good and is build very well, should last a very very long time.

This is my second Kitchenaid mixer and I have never had a problem with it! I inherited my mother's mixer and it worked for over 40 years!

This is still thr best mixer after decades of sales. The moment you turn on, the motor is smooth operation.

Love Love Love this mixer.... bought several of the attachments and got rid of 3 or 4 small appliances. Now my countertops are clutter free and my mixer does everything and more!!

My wife does a lot of cooking and follows the "great cooks" on tv, so when she saw this she had to have it. So far she loves it and has thrown out several items it replaced. She was thrilled with the included attachments.

The mixer is fantastic. I grew up using one and have wanted one of my own forever. Caught it on sale during the Valentine's Day weekend and finally pulled the trigger. It works just like my mom's, and feels just as sturdy and well made. My only complaints are minor nitpicks. I wish the power cord wasn't black. With any light, pastel colors it seems off-putting. Also, the clear plastic splash guard is terrible and doesn't work for anything more than mixing flour at the first speed. Just don't be an idiot when mixing and turn it up all the way when the bowl is full of powdered sugar.

Kichenaid mixer is an excellent product. I recommend this product to anyone thinking of upgrading or wanting to buy a mixer. The extra money well worth spending.
