Greyish tone off white.

My second kitchen aid mixer

My granddaughter wants my old one. It still works after years of hard work. I love everything I can do with it. From bread and pasta making to applesauce. Would not own another brand.

Extreme poor services post purchase

On contacting manufacturer after 72 mins of call waiting , came to know that have to call another number for factory repair and average wait time was again more then hour. have to pay $ 35 to ship the product back then repair would be near $150 which is additional. extreme poor services post purchase. only 20 service center in entire USA. For factory repair turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks. Extremely frustrating.

Best stand up mixer

Love the light weight stainless steel bowl but if it doesn’t dry good it gets water stains very easily. The shield doesn’t lock so it’s not that awesome of an add on, but it’s ok. Still love this mixer over all
