We have had one for years and it has never failed us. They only reason we got a new one is because the one we had was gifted to us and we diecided we wanted one with the tolt-head instead.

Nice quality mixer

Can’t replace the dog. Bought the same one I had and have always liked it. Best Buy was more expensive than some competition, but there is a store near me and I have never had issues if I had to return or replace an item.

Their product in this Mixer is solid made! My friend has had hers for over 30 Yrs... And my NEW 2020 Mixer is just as well made as her's! Thats what I'm talking about!

Excellent Mixer

This has an excellent motor, and holds up the name of Kitchen Aid very well. We also bought a few attachments for the first time. Wish we hadn't waited on that and could have had them the whole time, holy awesomeness.

It does the job and is easy on the eyes. The tilt head makes it easy to remove the bowl. The tilt head design height is shorter than the standing head model. Just starting to use it. It was used to make bread.

It ruined my first batch of cream cheese frosting with all of the metal coating residue. Water and soap don't get that off. Other than the residue it's an amazing mixer.

The ease of adding to the mix without holding the mixer has made my baking for the family a much greater joy.
